PartnerShops are Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops that are independently owned and operated by community-based nonprofit organizations. PartnerShops offer job and entrepreneurial training to youth and young adults that may face barriers to employment. 

Scoopers Making Change (SMC) are young adults, employed in Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops that are working to make a positive impact in their community.  For a fabulous week in July, a group of these young “changemakers” gather in Vermont to learn new strategies for effective social change.

In partnership with community-based nonprofit organizations, Ben & Jerry’s Franchising, Inc. is using its company-owned scoop shops to offer youth and young adults a unique opportunity to build job-skills and gain real-world work experience.
